HelioVision+ operates within the Heliosphere, a Web 2.5 ecosystem connected to blockchain technology. Certain features may reference or interact with HelioCoin (HELI) and EbonyCoin (EBNY) on the Polygon network. These tokens are used for digital engagement and utility within the Helios Universal Group ecosystem. HelioVision+ does not sell, trade, or offer financial services related to tokens. Users assume full responsibility for any blockchain transactions or wallet usage.
The HelioVision+ Platform and all its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to HelioVision+ at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to users or the company.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
